A very tidy and modern hotel with delicious, varied and balanced breakfasts, lots of ammenities, and a great location. And if that wasn't enough, the rooms are soundproofed magnificantly, the interior is beautiful and the visual identity top notch.

Beautiful hotel

Hats off to the entire staff! Everyone was friendly, polite and very helpful. The hotel's interior is very modern and the breakfasts delicious! You can order whatever you like, from scrammbled eggs and various different types omelettes to pancakes, which were our children's favourite!

Great hotel, everything is modern and the staff are super friendly

The Wawel Queen is a new hotel situated between the castle and Old Town, which means walks in the park that encircles Cracow's beautiful city center. We were greeted by friendly staff and received a room with a street view. Fortunately, the windows were double glazed, hence there was no audible noise at any time from the outside. Our room was spacious, bright and had a nice bathroom (the only drawback being the shower area - it was a bit too small). In short, everything was modern and fresh. The leisure area downstairs is pleasant for a drink and a snack, while the breakfasts are stellar (the crêpes were especially yummy). Despite the fact that it seems to fly under the radars of locals (our guide had no idea where the hotel is located), our experience was top notch. We highly recommend the hotel and we will gladly stay there again the next time we are Cracow!

A very pleasant and tranquil stay You can easily kick back and forget, if but for a short while, about all your worries. I highly recommend this hotel and send my warmest regards to the staff!

Staying in this hotel was a pleasure

The hotel is very tidy and the staff friendly. The location couldn't be better - it's near the Old Town and in the vicinity of Wawel. However, what made the biggest impression on us were the breakfasts, which were simply divine - everything was fresh as can be and extremely well served. I can whole heartedly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Fantastic

Very clean and aesthetically pleasing interiors. The staff is smiling. Eager to help and advise. There is parking, a place to work in the room or common area and very fast internet. I heartily recommend the breakfasts. They are served at appropriate hours. The hotel is in the heart of Krakow's Old Town, close to the train station and the Cloth Hall.
